Works really well I ordered this posture corrector because i slouch too much, and when i try to stand up straight i feel like i overcompensate and it gets tiring. the reason i like this product is that when i have it on, it doesnt restrict my movements like a brace with a plate might, i dont feel like im having to put effort into standing straight so im not getting fatigued even after wearing it for a full 8 hour day. im really pleased with my purchase, its well designed and easy to use, and i think will eventually fix my bad posture.

Excellent I have a collapsed right shoulder from a rear end car accident and Ive been looking for years to find something that would help support my shoulder. By having my shoulder supported and at the right height has enabled my neck to turn to the right correctly too because the ligaments and tendons arent over stretched preventing this movement.

Definately works Takes a little bit if getting used to after adjusting the straps. You definitely know when you get the straps adjusted properly. It works well to gently let you know when your posture is incorrect. Holds up well and fits well even for someone who is overweight like myself. After just a couple days of use going by the easy to follow instructions there is already a noticeable difference in my posture.

Helping my posture Im a physiotherapist with rounded shoulders and thought Id try this as it had good reviews and was inexpensive. I wore it for an hour at a time initially as its uncomfortable when you change your posture, and as the the weeks have gone on I can wear it longer, now 2-3 hours. I tend to wear it when out walking, computing or driving. I find it gives good feedback so you know where your shoulders should be. I would recommend it to my patients. Alleviates Back Pain I was skeptical, but after trying it for almost two weeks I noticed significant changes in my posture. I have back pain due to my poor posture and have had a slight decrease in pain as well. It is easy to put the posture corrector on. There is velcro in the front which can be tightened or loosened to fit individual needs making it one size fits all. It is washable, folds easily, and doesn't take up too much space in a bag when traveling. It really does work!
