Requests for a replacement must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the item.

The following information is needed as evidence for us to process your request. If this information is not provided without prior agreement, the return will not be processed:
1) Order number
2) Your email address you used to order
3) Return shipment tracking number

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable on products that have been damaged, broken, or deformed due to our error or during the shipping process. Products that are in perfect condition may be exchanged for a store credit or another product of equal or lesser value.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations on any orders before they have been delivered at this moment in time except for some very specific situations. If you would like to see if you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible and if we haven't processed and shipped the product we will see if you qualify for the refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please ensure when placing your order that you double check your address details and that your home is available to receive packages or parcels to your address. We are not liable for any uncollected, misaddressed or left packages as this is duly of our control.

Please be reminded that you will be responsible for using the correct address along with a return shipping label, which is non refundable.
Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
